Residential Lot Owners

We assist in the residential permitting and design of septic systems.  This includes modifications of existing systems to allow for home additions and pool construction on lots.  We also provide assistance to owners or potienial buyers of lots that may have potential issues with permitting a septic system with the local health department.  Our soil and site evaluations help to provide new options on these lots in many cases.

Land Owners/Buyers

We assist developers, builders, and private land owners to evaluate tracts of land and determine the amount of suitable soil for septic systems.  The amount of area that will "perk" is crucial to determing the number of lots a tract of land will yield.

Our additional services for owners and potential buyers of tracts of land include delineating wetlands, stream buffers, and alluvial or flood prone soils.
